great service but room needs attention

The location is excellent for train access, great for easy city exploration. The staff worked hard to ensure a high level of service, greeting me warmly . I particularly liked the spacious bathroom with well-stocked amenities. The atmosphere in the bar area felt inviting and suitable for light work or relaxation.

There were some noise issues from adjacent rooms that affected my sleep quality.

A good standard and nicely appointed hotel with accommodating employees on the reception desk. Large and delicious breakfast option with real 5 minute boiled eggs, classic and also fresh omelets. Favourable and unbeatable location, good restaurant. Walking distance to a Christmas market and a market across the street. 500 feet to the bus stop. Smooth check-in and late check-out, parking nearby. Everything well-maintained.

The location is super convinient, just across the street from the train station, so its easy to get around. The room is comfy, spacious, and clean, with nice big towels in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazin with a great variety, especially the fresh pastries. It feels fancy for a railway hotel.

The location may be close to the train station, but it's also in a rough area, just good. I was touched by the lack of room service and the rude staff who watched me struggle with my bags. I expected at least a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience, but I guess that's too much to ask here.

had a very very good stay during my weekend at the hotel, everything was nice. the location was fantastic and stunning, close to breakfast ordinary, the trains and easy to get to. gallusviertel district was definitely worth visiting. i appreciated being there.

the staff is very helpfull and attentive during breakfast service. the gym was closed for maintenance.

Delicious breakfast with a huge variety of options to choose from. Location short walk to trainstation and different restaurants, bars and using the trains to get around the city.

Central location

Size room. Booked and paid for Superior. But it was a very small room and bathroom. Moved for the second night, but everything is still limited.

I had a comfortable stay, really loved the complimentary bottled water and enjoyed the spacious room, but breakfast options were quite limited.

Everything was perfect:services of the staff, cleanliness in the room and in the other part of the hotel, breakfast, close location to the railway station an city center.
